Our technical support center is staffed with highly trained customer service engineers ready to provide technical troubleshooting assistance for our software products. We believe that success comes from providing a complete solution to our valued customers. In keeping with that belief, we created an enterprise-wide commitment to world class customer service, that spans our whole team from technical support through to customer care.

Deltalearn Technical Support Services is a combined support and maintenance program offering a comprehensive and cost-effective set of upgrade and support services to assure customers successful integration projects. Detailed account information is maintained including technical environments and implementation plans to assist in providing prompt and accurate problem resolution. Standard Support - Provides customers the ability to submit support requests Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time. In addition this support plan includes:

Telephone, fax and e-mail support.
Access to our knowledge base 24 hours per day.
Software maintenance and installation of updates.
Unlimited technical contacts.


Premium Support - Provides maximum 24 X 7 support services. In addition this support plan includes:

24 X 7 telephone, fax and e-mail support.
Dedicated technical support engineer.
Access to our knowledge base 24 hours per day.
Software maintenance and installation of updates.
Unlimited technical contacts.
